Return to 1815 with campfires, cannons, and living history experts in period dress as civilians and soldiers. Military drills, musket and cannon firing, music, hands-on activities, and period craft demonstrations. All public parking at St. Bernard Parish Government Complex, 8201 West Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette. Free shuttle buses (wheelchair accessible) from parking area to battlefield. First shuttle leaves parking area for battlefield at 8:45 a.m.; last shuttle leaves parking area for battlefield at 2:15pm. Last shuttle leaves battlefield for parking area at 3:15pm.
