JEDCO Announces the Launch of Their Updated Website

The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) is thrilled to announce the launch of its updated website. The renovated site features a bold, user-friendly design to match the organization’s new logo and brand, which was unveiled in early 2016.

Much of the content on the site, such as comprehensive information about tax incentive programs, financing options available to business owners, and site selection tools, remains the same. In addition to that, JEDCO incorporated some new features into the update, including:

“Why Jefferson Parish” Page
This section of the website provides users with a snapshot of Jefferson Parish. Site selectors and interested business owners can find information about Parish demographics, current business climate, and quality of life in the community with just a few simple clicks.

In addition to the press releases JEDCO puts out on a regular basis, the economic development commission will also develop exciting new content for this section of the site. Users can read the blog, check out what the media are saying about the organization, watch videos produced in-house, or view local Success Stories.

New Information
JEDCO expanded its list of business resources to include a variety of local organizations and businesses that play a vital role in the health and success of Jefferson Parish’s economic climate. Organizations like Greater New Orleans, Inc., the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, and the Louisiana Small Business Development Center are valuable resources to local business owners and JEDCO wants to provide easy access to their sites.

JEDCO understands the importance of having a website that is easy to access on a variety of platforms. The new site is mobile-friendly and easy-to-use whether you’re viewing it on an iPad, laptop, or phone.

The website will be updated regularly. Visit the JEDCO website at
